HOUSE CLEANING BUSINESS AND WHATNOT?
Ok so I’m a teen and I LOVE LOVE LOVE to clean!It might appear akward b/c many teenagers hatred cleaning but I find it relaxing.Anyways I’ve been meditative and I would similar to to spin it in to a small business.Here’s a little questions about it though:
1.-Should I assign by the hour or by the job?
2.-Should I move the reserve or…?
3.What to put on flyers?
I handed out flyers a couple of months ago but nobody called!Did I do something wrong or…?Any people or chairman who has knowledge w/ using a small commercial operation or…?

Charge by the hour – otherwise you can end up working for less than min. wage.
Have one price for cleaning when you supply everything, a (cheaper price) when the homeowner provides everything.
Try putting flyers under windshield wipers a upscale supermarkets (the security guard mightl try to chase you away).
You probably should try to get a bond, so that you can advertise "Bonded" on your flyers. That would give you alot of credibility.
The best aadvertising is word of mouth. Try working for people at your church (they will naturally trust you in their house) then after a ew months you will have an excellent reputation as a really hard and honest worker.
